As a Full Stack Software Developer at Agromavericks, you are an integral part of an agile team that works to enhance, build, and deliver trusted, market-leading agricultural technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. As a core technical contributor, you will lead critical technology solutions across our digital infrastructure — the Agromavericks investment platform (web + mobile) and the Ukofi platform — in support of our mission: transforming agricultural financing through technology.

• 3+ years of full-stack application development in a professional, team-oriented setting.
• Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js / React — and React Native for mobile deployment.
• Solid backend experience with Node.js APIs and document databases (Convex and/or MongoDB); comfortable modeling, securing, and optimizing schemas and indexes.
• Deep understanding of modern web security: identity management, JWT, RBAC, secure handling of user input, and data-sensitivity considerations.
• Practical experience integrating third-party services — payments, notifications (email/SMS/WhatsApp), maps, or similar.
• Proficient across the full SDLC with modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Bonus: experience in fintech, agritech, mobile money, or blockchain protocols.

Our technology team is transitioning from an outsourced model to a dedicated in-house powerhouse. You will initially collaborate with and learn from our current external development partners to gain deep context on the existing code base (Agromavericks and Ukofi platforms), then systematically take full ownership of core product development — guided directly by our Tech and Business Leads.
